With over 20 years of experience, board-certified urologist, Roy Oyer, D.O., practices adult and pediatric urology at Providence Medical Center and Saint John Hospital. He offers female urology and incontinence treatment; infertility; impotence; and prostate, bladder and kidney surgery.

Dr. Oyer enjoys contributing to the health and welfare of the community. He received his medical degree from the Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kansas City, Mo. He performed his residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Kansas City, Kan. and an internship at the Detroit Osteopathic Hospital, Detroit, Mich. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kan.

Dr. Waxman has more than 20 years of experience caring for adult and pediatric urology problems. He offers female urology and incontinence treatment, infertility, impotence, prostate, bladder and kidney surgeries.

He completed a fellowship in laparoscopic and robotic surgery at the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa. Dr. Waxman earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas, Kansas City, Kan., where he also performed a residency in urology. He completed a fellowship in urodynamics in female and reconstructive surgery at Duke University Hospital, Durham, N.C.; and a fellowship in pediatric urology and urologic oncology at the University of Colorado and Denver Children’s Hospital, Denver, Colo.

He served in the United States Army as an active duty physician, and now holds the rank of colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves.
